Good staff and stunning location to islands or Cambodia, everything was great. Fantastic food and bright room - had a great stay on vacation. My bathroom was nice, loved it. Location: the hotel was close to the river and center of town. Had lunch/dinner at Namchok Restaurant, which I found within walking distance of the property.

The central location and beautiful surroundings make it a great place to stay, with a very comfortable bed and spacious room.

This place was so welcoming and located in a peaceful area close to the pier, shops, night market, and mini buses. They offer a delicious breakfast with yummy homemade yogurt. 🌟

We extended our stay at Residence House because of the perfect host, friendly and welcoming. The room had a great cosy feel, and the bed and shower were excellent. Despite being minutes from the center, it was peaceful and quiet. Plus, there's a 7/11 around the corner, and you can bring your own takeaway food. Excellent value for money.

The room was spacious and comfortable, making me feel relaxed and at home. I loved having a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and city views. The air conditioning and fan kept the room cool even on hot days, ensuring a comfortable stay. Having a TV and fridge in the room was convenient, making me feel like I had everything I needed. Some rooms even had views of the garden, adding a pleasant touch of nature to the experience.

Personally, I didn't find the basic room's lack of amenities like a seating area or cable TV as enjoyable as the other options.

Friendly owner, clean rooms, good price. We called ahead to inform them of our late arrival, and even though we arrived 30 minutes late, the owner's wife warmly welcomed us and showed us to our spacious and comfortable room on the top floor. She even helped us arrange our boat tickets and transfers. The room was clean and had a big, comfortable bed. The only downside was the noise from a nearby building in the morning, but it didn't bother us too much. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its friendly service, cleanliness, and reasonable prices.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Trat. The location was perfect, with it being centrally located in a quiet street. It was just across the road from Pier 112, making it convenient for transportation to the nearby islands. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy and homely feel throughout the entire place. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The staff were friendly and cute, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They even helped me book my trip to Koh Kood, ensuring all the arrangements were perfect. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I appreciated the convenience of a 7/11 just around the corner. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
